The Built Solid Training Systems are not rehashed Power, Olympic, or Body building programs that have been “adapted” for your sport. We train the athletes the way athletes move, using multiple joints and training in multiple planes of motion.
Our programs have been built from the ground up, using current science. We have then taken our programs, field-tested our training techniques, and shown The Built Solid Training Systems develops stronger, faster, more athletic and injury resistant athletes. Our programs do this by integrating the body, rather than isolating muscles. We try to get every muscle and joint involved in the movements each day.
Every sport is made up of complex movements, and we train each of those movements. The integration of these movements makes athletes better at their sport. We also integrate the use of bars, dumbbells, body-weight and rubber-bands. This allows the athlete to train with multiple types of resistance, and closely resembles the movements and forces they will encounter in play; giving the athlete strength and agility applicable to his/her sport(s).
Lifting System Integration
We feel it is important to pull the entire athletic program together, and not have a SAQ program from some internet guru or a lifting/resisting program designed by somebody’s brother who is a personal trainer.
