Athletes lift in the off-season to get better results during the next season. They need and want the latest training systems, delivered in a way that will get them success. They don’t want a rehashed program just because “that’s the way we have done it for years.”

These injuries accumulate, keeping each player from reaching their fullest potential during the season. Also, nothing is more damaging to an athlete’s psyche, than to pull a muscle or sprain a joint, during the season that could have been prevented in the off-season with a proper lifting program.

It also helps reduce the “Weight-Room Monster.” This is the athlete that works really hard in the off-season, but has little to no coordination or athletic ability while playing their sport.
